SlinGhost

BooOOoooOOoo !! 👻

SlinGhost is an arcade shooter game with a physical installation in which you have to shoot pumpkins at invisible ghosts before they reach you... by using a giant slingshot (in the real world) !

This project was realized by ENJMIN students during 5 days as part of a workshop on accessibility. The game is in fact made to be playable by people with vision or audio disabilities, or both, thanks to visual, sound and haptic feedbacks that allow you to find the ghosts' position.

An adjustable height for the physical crafted slingshot also allows people in wheelchair to play, and a "one-button" mode  has been prototyped (not fully developed).

NOTE : even though the game is downloadable and playable with the mouse on PC, it was meant to be played with the homemade "giant slinghsot controller" as an ephemeral experience.
